摘 要:探讨环境友好型防污涂料的基料丙烯酸树脂的合成及其在海洋防污涂料中的应用.用丙烯酸预聚物与铜盐反应,合成丙烯酸铜树脂,并通过红外吸收光谱对合成产物进行表征与分析.在复配无毒防污涂料时加入少量的有机硅单体,降低了涂料的表面能.通过对所制备的防污涂料的性能测试以及海上挂板实验,证明所制备的防污涂料具有一定的防污性能.Environment friendly acrylate resin was prepared and applied in antifouling coating. The copper acrylate resin was prepared with the acrylic resin prepolymer and the acetate copper. The reaction procedures and the copper acrylate resin were examined with FTIR. When duplicate matches the non-toxic antifouling coating has joined the few organosilicon monomer, reduced the coating surface energy. And the antifouling coating which synthesizes to this research has hung the board experiment, has carried on the test to the coating performance,had proven this antifouling coating has the good performance.
