摘　　要：目的:分离蕲艾燃烧灰烬甲醇提取物化学成分.方法:在C18柱,甲醇、水混合流动相(体积比10∶90),柱温30℃,检测波长219 nm条件下用HPLC对样品进行分析.结果:获得14个独立峰,表明样品中至少含有14种化合物.结论:此方法分离蕲艾燃烧灰烬甲醇提取物化学成分有可行性.The chemical constituents of the methanol extract of QiAi ashes were seperated in C18 HPLC column. Methanol-water （10 ： 90） was used as the eluenting phase with column temperature at 30℃ and the detection wavelength was 219 nm. A total of 14 well separated peaks were observed, indicating the sample contained at least 14 different components. This method could be used for the separation of the methanol extract of the ash of Artemisia.
