摘　　要：通过对河北优秀女排运动员成才过程中年龄特征的分析研究,探讨优秀女排运动员开始专业训练的年龄;身体素质、技战术及竞技能力发展的最佳年龄区,为河北省各层次排球队科学选材、科学训练、科学预测等提供参考借鉴。This study explored the starting age for professional training and the best age range for constitution-buildlng, tactics and competence on analyzing the age characteristics of the elite woman volleyball players in Hebei, aiming to offer reference for various volleyball teams in player selection, training and prediction.
