摘　　要：从价值观念、表现形式、科学性质等角度探讨了东西方体育文化的差异,认为东西方体育文化价值取向的不同是武术入奥失利的根本原因。指出中华武术要在保持自己文化信念和价值取向的基础上,勇于创新,走适合自己的可持续发展之路。A discussion was held on the difference of the eastern and western sports cultures from their values, expression form and scientific property. It is believed that the main cause for Wushu failing to be one of the sports of the Olympics results from the different values of eastern and western sports cultures. It is pointed out that Wushu should innovate and take the road of sustainable development on maintaining its cultural beliefs and value orientation.
