摘 要:为探讨污水灌溉所致环境铅污染及人群健康效应,应用WHO推荐的神经行为核心测试组合对某污水灌溉区52名儿童进行神经行为功能检查并测定血铅含量,同时测定污水灌溉区土壤、河水、农作物铅含量。结果表明,污水灌溉区土壤、河水、农作物铅含量明显高于对照区;污水灌溉区儿童血铅高于对照组,最慢反应时、数字译码、圣他·安娜手工敏捷度、视觉保留、目标追踪测试成绩较对照组明显降低。提示用含铅工业废水灌溉不仅使环境受到铅污染,而且使儿童铅负荷增高,中枢神经系统受到早期损害。The aim of this study was to research the environment lead pollution caused by sewage irrigation and health effect.We detected the neurobehavior by WHO neurobehavioral core test battery,and samewhile measured blood lead concentration of 52 children and lead contents of soil,river,plants at the sewage irrigation area.The results showed that lead contents of soil,river water and plants at the sewage irrigation area was higher than control area′s.Blood lead concentration of children increased obviously in the exposed group.There were lower scorings on slowest reaction time,digit symbol test,Benton visual retention test,santa anna manual dexterity test and pursuit aiming test.The sewage irrigation caused not only lead pollution of the environment,but it also increased lead load of children and brought about early damage in the central neural system.
