摘  要:为探讨环境铅污染对人体血铅负荷和遗传物质的影响,采用流行病学调查方法,调查了某蓄电池厂周围铅污染情况及该地区39名儿童和对照组20名儿童的血铅含量、淋巴细胞染色体畸变率和SCE率。检测结果环境铅明显超标,污染组儿童血铅平均含量43.1±14.8μg/dl,染色体畸变率(1.87%±1.01%)与对照组比明显增高(P<0.01),SCE率两组未见明显差别(P>0.05)。这提示:环境铅污染对儿童血铅水平和遗传物质产生了一定影响。To expolre the effect of lead pollution in the environment on the lead blood load and genetic material,the lead concentration of the surrounding environment of the storage factory the blood lead content,chromosomal aberration and SCE of lymphocytes in 39 children as observation group lving in this area were measured with epidemiological investigation method and another 20 children were taken as control group.The results showed that the lead concentration of environment in the contaminated area were higher too( P <0 01),the average blood content(43.1±14.8μg/dl) and the rate of chromosomal aberration(1.87%±1.01%)in observation group were significantly increased compared with the control group( P <0.01).The rate of SCE in observation group was not significantly different campared with the control group( P >0.05).These indicated that lead pollution of environment produced a definite effects on blood lead level and genetic material in children.
