摘  要:采用UF或NF技术可以处理酵母生产中不同阶段高浓度有机物的废水,废水经UF膜处理可100%回收酵母蛋白等成份,对色度浊度具有>90%的去除率,从浓缩液中回收的酵母蛋白等成份,经进一步浓缩干燥可作动物饲料添加剂,干燥物蛋白质含量>30%,膜透过液含有发酵过程所需的营养成份,可重新用于发酵生产用水。废水用NF膜处理对COD去除率>90%并接近或达到排放标准。对于直接从发酵液中经高速离心分离的酵母废水(1),由于COD高达40000-110000mg/L,同时含有残糖、纤维素、悬浮物、胶体等无论采用UF或NF处理,均需进行预处理,采用天然具有正电荷的壳聚糖絮凝剂具有较好效果,色度分离率>60%,COD约20%。UF or NF may be used for the treatment of high concentrational organic wastewater in different processes of fermentum production. After wastewaters were treated by UF, the recovery of fermentum protein and others, the removal rate of colority and turbidity were more than 90%. The fermentum protein and others recovered from the concentrated liquid may be used as the additive of animal forage. Its dry substance contains protein more than 30%, the liquid passed through the UF membrane contains nutrent needed in fermentation process, which may be reused in fermentation plant. COD removal rate was more than 90% after the wastewater was treated by NF; the treated water was close to or reached the discharge standard. The fermentum wastewater(1) directly separated from the fermentation liquor by high speed centrifuger must be pretreated before treatment of UF or NF, because it contain 40000-110000 mg/l of COD and residual sugar, cellulose, suspension, colloid and others. The shell chitosan may be uesd in the pretreatment, the separation rate of colority was more than 60%, of COD about 20%.
