妊娠糖尿病患者红细胞免疫黏附功能与T细胞亚群的变化及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨妊娠糖尿病(GDM)患者红细胞免疫黏附功能与T细胞亚群水平变化及其相关关系和临床意义。方法测定68例GDM患者(GDM组)的红细胞免疫黏附功能及T细胞亚群水平,并与50例正常对照(NC)组比较。结果GDM组红细胞C3b受体花环率明显低于NC组(P<0·05),红细胞免疫复合物花环率、CD8明显高于NC组(P<0·05),CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8明显低于NC组(P<0·05)。结论提示GDM患者红细胞免疫黏附功能受损,同时影响T细胞活化,影响T抑制细胞的激活过程,且二者有一定的相关关系。Objective To investigate the levels of erythrocyte immune adherent function, T lymphocyte subsets and their clinical senses in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods The erythrocyte immune adherent function and T lymphocyte subsets in 68 patients（observation group） with gestational diabetes mellitus were detected and compared with those of 50 normal subjects （control group）. Results In observation versus control groups, the rate of erythrocyte C3b receptor .rosette, CD3, CD4, CD4/CD8 were significantly lower （P〈0.05）, however, the rate of erythrocyte immune compound rosette,CD8 were significantly higher （P〈0.05）. Conclusions The erythrocyte immune adherent function in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus is damaged,which may affect T lymphocyte activation and inhibit the activation progress of T suppressor. Both of them have some correlation.
