刘备的出身与用人——兼对曹操、孙氏兄弟的出身与用人进行比较

摘　　要：寒人出身的刘备与曹操、孙氏兄弟相比,没有任何优势可言。刘备的用人方式因此与曹操有很大不同,而与孙氏兄弟只有某些相似之处。刘备在无任何政治优势的条件下,藉异姓兄弟而奠建功立业之初步根基,藉信义而得人才与民众的普遍拥护,藉真诚求才之心而得天下奇才之感戴。刘备的人格魅力使他网罗了一批忠贞不渝之士,但也因过分重用最先结交的关羽而铸就大错。Compared with Cao Cao and Sun Ce,Sun Quan ,Liu Bei, born in a poor and humble family, had no superiority. Accordingly, His making use of personnel was totally different from Cao Cao＇s and just similar to Sun Ce and Sun Quan＇s. Although he didn＇t have political superiority, Liu Bei laid foundation for his achievements with his sworn brothershelp;gained the talents and people＇s support with his good faith;won the genius＇ support with his loving talents sincerely. As it was, an amount of talents congregated round Liu Bei because of his personality glamour, meanwhile, he made a blunder because he put Guan Yu, his earliest sworn brother, in an important position.
