摘 要:选用聚乙烯醇(PVA)作为包埋载体,添加适量粉末活性炭,包埋固定硝化污泥,处理以(NH4)2SO4和葡萄糖为主的合成废水.考察了影响固定化工艺及硝化作用的各种因素;对固定化硝化菌的呼吸活性、细胞活性回收率等生物特性进行了测定;对固定化硝化菌颗粒进行电镜检测与分析.间歇实验结果表明:在24—28℃,颗粒填充率7.5%,HRT为8h的条件下,进水NH4-N负荷由0.6kg/(m3d)提高至3.49kg/(m3d),NH4-N去除率可达95.5%,COD去除率保持在80%以上.This research aimed at the immobilization process of nitrobacteria and removing ammonium nitrogen from wastewater by immobilized nitrobacteria.An immobilization system was obtained with entrapping cultivated nitrifying activated sludge in mixed polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) gel beads and powdered activated carbon,treating composed wastewater mainly consisted of (NH 4) 2SO 4 and glucose.The influence factors of immobilized process and nitrification were studied.Some biological characterastics,such as oxigen using rate(OUR) and remaining activity(RA),were tested.Microbe kinds and distribution of immobilized microbial were observed and analyzed by electron microscope.The results showed that under the condition of 24-28℃、pellets package percentage 7 5%、HRT 8h,influent NH 4 N loading rate increased from 0 6kg/(m 3·d) to 3 49kg/(m 3·d),NH 4 N removal efficiency reached 95 5% and COD kept more than 80%.
