中西医结合治疗乳腺增生症疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨三苯氧胺联合乳康片治疗乳腺增生症的疗效。方法:对200例诊断明确的中、重度乳腺增生症患者给予三苯氧胺和乳康片口服,20天为1个疗程,共治疗观察1～3个疗程。结果:临床治愈率为80%,缓解率为15%,治疗总有效率为95%,无效率为5%。结论:三苯氧胺联合乳康片治疗乳腺增生症疗效良好,尤其对目前治疗比较棘手的、疗效差的中、重度乳腺增生症者更值得推荐。Objective：To investigate the curative effect of integrated traditional chinese and western medicine（tamoxifen and rukangpian） therapy in middle and severe adenosis of mammary.Methods：To treat 200 patients suffering from middle and severe adenosis of mammary.Tamoxifen tablet 10 mg was taken orally each time,twice daily and rukangpian tablet 5 tablets orally once,three times daily,all were after meal.Results. The total effective rate was 95%, completely cured rate（CCR） 80%, partly cured rate（PCR）15%.Conclusion：TCM- WM therapy with tamoxifen and rukangpian appears extremely promising as a new method for treating adenosis of mammary.It is particularly suitable for treating the middle and severe patients with adenosis of mammary.
