摘　　要：目的:探讨提高Ⅲ型鼻窦炎、鼻息肉患者的手术的疗效,减少并发症及手术后的处理方法。方法:对286例Ⅲ型鼻窦炎、鼻息肉患者施行功能性鼻腔的内窥镜手术治疗。结果:198例定期随访复查。治愈率76.8%,88例未定期随访治愈率为68.2%,两组比较P<0.05,两组差异有显著性,并发症11.5%。结论:选择正确的麻醉和手术方式,熟练的解剖知识和手术操作是减少并发症的关键,术后严格定期随访复查,清理术腔,综合用药能明显提高手术疗效。Objective：To investigate how to improve the operative effect and decrease the complications of functional endoscopic surgery for type Ⅲ chronic sinusitis and nasal polyp as well as its management method after operation, Methods：Functional endoscopic surgery was performed in 286 patients with type Ⅲ sinusitis and rhinopelyp. Results： 198 patients were followed up and reviewed periodically,the cure rate was 76.8%;the cure rate in the rest 88 patients without regular follow-up was 68.2%,with a significant difference between them （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Selecting the correct anesthesia and operative mode and possessing the skilled anatomical knowledge and operative procedure are the keys to reduce the complications. Regular follow-up,cleaning the operative cavity and synthetic medication can obviously improve the operative effect.
