摘 要:叙述了生物处理、放电等离子体、TiO2光催化3种新技术的有机废气净化原理和国内外研究进展情况,并对其发展前景和研究方向进行了探讨。这些新技术具有投资少、运行费用低、停留时间短、高效、稳定、反应彻底且无2次污染等特点。初步工业应用表明,这些新技术克服了传统方法中的许多缺陷,可有效解决以往的技术难题,将在有机废气治理方面发挥重要的作用。Both principle and research progress of purification methods with biological treatment, discharge plasma and TiO2 photo catalysis were introduced respectively. Meanwhile its development direction was also discussed in the future. These new technologies had many advantages, such as, the project investment was few,operating cost was low,empty bed resident time was short, and these technologies were high efficiency, stable, the completely reaction and no secondary pollution, Because of overcoming the deficiencies of traditional methods for volatile organic compounds treatment, the new technology was able to deal effectively with the more complex problems of organic emission, and it could play an important role in removing volatile organic compounds.
