降糖保肾汤对糖尿病大鼠肾脏的保护作用

摘　　要：[目的]探讨降糖保肾汤对糖尿病大鼠肾脏的保护作用.[方法]利用链脲佐菌素制作大鼠糖尿病模型,设立正常对照组、糖尿病模型组、药物治疗组和阳性对照组,分别灌胃给予相应的药物,12周后观察各组大鼠的体重、肾质量与体重之比值、血糖及24 h尿蛋白等指标.[结果]降糖保肾汤可增加糖尿病大鼠的体重,降低肾质量与体重比值、血糖值及24 h尿蛋白含量.[结论]降糖保肾汤对糖尿病大鼠肾脏具有保护作用.OBJECTIVE To observe the protective effect of the Jiangtang Baoshen Tang for kidney in diabetic rats.METHODSThe rat′s model of diabetes mellitus（DM） were induced by the streptozotocin.The rats were randomly divided into normal control group,model group,the Jiangtang Baosheng Tang-treated group and benazepril hydrochloride-treated group.It was measured 12 weeks later that the body weight,the ratio between renal mass and body mass,blood glucose,24h urine protein.RESULTSThe Jiangtang Baoshen Tang increased the body weight of diabetic rats,and decreased the ratio between renal mass and body mass and the content of blood glucose and 24h urine protein.CONCLUSIONThe Jiangtang Baoshen Tang has protective effects for kideny in diabetic rats.
