摘 要:基于可能的实际工况,介绍了具有预热交换过程的污水升温热泵系统及其工艺特点,分析并定义了包括预热温升与热泵温升的5个重要参数。以最小初投资作为目标函数,对预热温升与热泵温升进行了优化确定,并给出了算例及关联曲线。在此基础上进一步分析了投资与能耗指标及一个设计示例。研究表明,具有预热交换的污水升温热泵系统具有可行性,预热交换的平均传热温差约为2℃,热泵加热原水温升在2~4℃范围内,预热交换的热量占50%以上。该系统的投资指标为180$/t,但可减少原水处理工艺与其相当的投资,能耗指标约为0.415kWh/t。Utilizing the low temperature sewage in cold climate area as heat source will aggravate the affection of low temperature to biochemical process. So it is significant to utilize sewage tracing heat pump system. Based on the impossible reality operating mode, the sewage tracing heat pump system with preheating exchange process and the technology characters were introduced, also the five important parameters included preheating temperature rising and heat pump temperature rising are defined. Taking the smallest first cost as object function, the preheating temperature rising and heat pump temperature rising can be optimized, and the case study and relevancy curves also were given. On the ground the capital invested, energy-consumption data and a case study were analyzes. The study showed that the sewage tracing heat pump system with preheating exchange is available; also the average heat transfer temperature difference of preheating exchange is about 2℃, and temperature rising of heat pump system is in the range of 2 - 4℃, so the amount of preheating exchange is more than 50%. The invested data of this system is 180yuan/t, but the same invest as the sewage disposal process can be reduced, the energy-consumption data is about 0.415kWh/t.
