摘  要:运用文献资料调研、调查、实验和数理分析等方法对优秀短距离速度滑冰运动员训练中相互影响、相互制约的各因素关系特征进行分析,构建短距离速度滑冰项目的训练理论体系,并探讨优秀运动员训练中具有的共同特征和短距离速度滑冰项目制胜规律。研究认为,优秀运动员专项训练中主要存在3种组合模式:专项速度+有氧耐力、专项速度+速度耐力、专项速度+力量,我国优秀运动员采用第一种模式组合的较多。各国运动员在重大比赛前训练计划安排上通常有3种主要模式:调整型、逐渐加量型、强度维持型。优秀运动员在重大比赛前和创造最好成绩比赛前的热身赛日期为7~20天。Athletic training is an important part of competitive sports, and it is also a key factor for the athletes' accomplishment in competitions. With the rapid development of competitive sports, the training of world elite athlete tends to systematization and more scientific. Through using the method of literature, investigation, experiment and mathematical statistics, this paper analyzes the influence and condition factors among elite skaters' training, explores the common characters and winning laws, and build up the training system of high level athletes. The main conclusions are as follows: There are three combinational patterns for elite skaters: specific speed + aerobic endurance, specific speed + speed endurance, specific speed + strength. Most Chinese skaters choose the first pattern. There are three schedule patterns for world elite skaters before the major games:recovery, increasing load, intensive stability. The warm-up period is 7-20days of elite athletes before major competition and achieving good performance.
