摘  要:目的:探讨用聚乙二醇(polyethylene glycol,PEG)预处理脂血标本前后游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)和游离甲状腺素(FT4)的变化。方法:将28名正常人组和20例脂血组的血清分两份,一份直接测定,另一份用95g/LPEG液处理标本后,再以放射免疫法测定FT3和FT4。结果:正常人组PEG处理前后,FT3和FT4检测结果差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);而脂血标本组用PEG处理前FT3和FT4检测结果显著高于PEG处理后(P<0.001)。结论:正常情况下,PEG处理标本不影响FT3和FT4检测。标本经PEG处理后,去除脂质、甲状腺激素自身抗体的干扰,提高结果的准确性。Objective:To investigate the changes of free triiodothyronine (FT3 ) and free thyroxin (FT4 ) in high lipid serum pretreated by polyethylene glycol (PEG). Methods:The specimen were divided into two groups:one was directly tested,the other was pretreated by PEG. FT3 and FT4 of the normal and high lipid serum were measured by radio immunoassay. Results:Compared with that directly tested in the normal group, the level of FT3 and FT4 had no statistic difference compared to the pretreated by PEG ( P 〉 0.05 ). The results of high lipid serum pretreated by PEG were markedly decreased compared to the directly tested ( P 〈 0.001 ). Conclusions : As the high lipid and thyroid hormone auto antibody is eliminated by PEG, the accuracy is improved.
