摘  要:对来自不同地域的12个茯苓菌株进行了酯酶同工酶的酶谱多样性分析。结果表明,酯酶同工酶电泳共检出迁移率不同的谱带有8条酶带,各菌株分别具有2~6条酶带,其中GD、Sc1、901和864等4个菌株亲缘关系非常近,具有共同的遗传基础;Sc,S1,864和876等4个菌株联合系数较小,亲缘关系较远;闽006与除Z(z)之外的其他10个菌株亲缘关系都比较远。Esterase isozyme polymorphisms of 12 cultivated strains in Poria cocos were investigated using vertical slab polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The resuhs showed that there were 8 different bands of esterase isozymes among 12 tested strains, each strains exhibited 2 to 6 bands respectively. Among tested strains, relative relation of GD, Scl, 901 and 864 were very near, indicating they had the common heredity background; Sc, SI, 864 and 876 had smaller consociation coefficients, meaning the relative relation among them were further; Min-006 had close genetic relationships with Z(z), but longer with 10 other tested strains.
