摘  要:对内蒙古中部地区的7个小叶锦鸡儿(Caragana microphylla Lam.)天然居群共207个植株进行了形态学性状测量分析。结果表明,小叶锦鸡儿在形态学上具有丰富的遗传多样性(H′=2.129 6)。在遗传多样性分布上,居群间存在一定程度的遗传变异,为16.3%,但主要集中在居群内部,为83.7%,是小叶锦鸡儿形态变异的主要来源;小叶锦鸡儿各个居群遗传多样性程度不同,依次为西乌旗居群(H′=1.8442)>正镶白旗居群(H′=1.828 5)>四子王旗居群(H′=1.801 9)>察哈尔右翼后旗居群(H′=1.791 1)>镶黄旗居群(H′=1.763 1)>化德居群(H′=1.725 0)>多伦居群(H′=1.723 6);将多样性指数与遗传丰富度权衡比较,能够较好地衡量小叶锦鸡儿的遗传变异状况;同时提出了小叶锦鸡儿的保护措施,以期为北方生态环境建设和畜牧业发展提供理论基础。Genetic diversity of a total of 207 individual of 7 natural populations of Caragana microphylla distributed in the middle of Inner Mongolia was studied in this paper. Results showed that there were rich genetic diversity (H′=2.129 6) in morphological characters. As for the distribution pattern of genetic diversity, the genetic variation within populations (83.7%) was greater than that among populations (16.3%), who was the main origin of phenotypic variation; genetic diversity of C. microphylla distributed over all regions was different, whose followed by Xiwuqi population (H′=1.844 2) 〉Zhengxiangbaiqi population (H′=1.828 5)〉Siziwangqi population (H′=1.8019)〉Chahaeryouyihouqi population (H′=1.7911)〉Xianghuangqi population (H′=1.7631)〉Huade county population (H′=1.7250)〉 Duolun county population (H′=1.7236). Compairing genetic diversity index and genetic richness balancecould be able to better measure genetic variation of C. microphylla. At the same time,some protection measures were suggested to improve ecological environment and promote development of livestock industry
