摘 要:以超甜玉米"金银99"为例,对甜玉米果穗采摘后第7天茎秆底部切割区的相关机械物理特性参数进行了试验研究。获得甜玉米底部茎秆最大抗剪强度平均值为2.39MPa,最大剪切破坏力平均值为715N,最大剪切破坏力的大小与茎秆直径密切相关,满足对数变化规律;甜玉米底部茎秆最大抗压强度平均值为5.1MPa,最大压缩破坏力平均值为1 623N,最大压缩破坏力的大小与茎秆直径密切相关,满足4次多项式变化规律。研究表明,受含水率和机械物理特性的影响,需对收获期甜玉米茎秆切割器进行专门的研究与分析。Research on the mechanical physical characteristics of the bottom stalk of sweet corn in harvesting time may offer basic technological parameters for choosing the cutting mode and designing the cutter. In this paper,some mechanical physical parameters of the bottom stalk of the super sweet corn "99 Gold and Silver" 7 days after harvesting had been studied.The maximum average resistance intensity of shearing is 2.39MPa,the average of the biggest destroying strength of shearing is 715N,the greatest destroying strength of shearing is closely related to the diameter of the stalk,meeting the law of logarithm. The maximum resistance intensity of compressing is 5.1MPa,the average of the biggest destroying compressing strength is 1 623N,the biggest destroying compressing strength is closely related to the diameter of the stalk,meeting the law of multinomial 4 degrees.The study demonstrated that considering the moisture content and the specific mechanical physical characteristics,it is necessary to carry out special-purpose research on the cutting device for sweet corn stalk.
