摘  要:在分析永磁同步电动机(PMSM)数学模型的基础上,利用Matlab/Simulink设计了一种基于SVPWM的永磁同步电机控制系统新仿真模型,给出了各子模块的具体设计模型,提出了一种"积分斜率法"产生三角波脉冲的方法。通过仿真可以看出系统响应快速、运行平稳。在仿真模型基础的上,采用XC164CM芯片作为控制核心,设计了一种基于SVPWM的永磁同步电机控制系统。实验结果表明,控制系统具有良好的动、静态控制特性,为分析和设计PMSM控制系统提供了有效的手段和工具,也为实际电机控制系统的设计和调试提供了新的思路。Based on the mathematical model of the permanent magnet synchronous motor ( PMSM), a new kind of modeling and simulation of PMSM control system based on SVPWM is designed in the MAT-LAB/SIMULINK, the concrete design model of each sub-mold is given in the modeling. A novel method of “integral-slope” for producing the Triangle pulse has been proposed. The whole system can respond quickly and run stablely. Based on the modeling and simulation, a control system of PMSM based on SVPWM had been desined by used of the CMOS chip XC164CM of Infineon Company as the control core. The whole system has a good characteristic on quiet or dynamic state by the experiment results. The novel method offers a valid means and tool for analyzing and designing a control system of PMSM and a new platform for designing and debugging actual motors.
