摘 要:研究了面包酵母菌及由无水乙醇和氢氧化钠分别处理的面包酵母菌对Cu2+的生物吸附作用.结果表明,菌样在pH5,菌量1g.l-1,吸附时间20min,Cu2+25mg·l-1时,最大吸附量分别为2.42,3.3和5.73mg·g-1,吸附过程符合Langmuir等温吸附模型.菌主要依靠表面活性基团吸附Cu2+.预处理作用增加了菌表面活性基团的数量及活性.在吸附过程中静电作用可能对吸附有一定的影响.另外,菌样对Cu2+的吸附以可逆吸附为主,并不同程度地存在不可逆吸附.The adsorption of Cu(II)by baker~ yeast biomass, ethanol-treated and caustic-treated baker's yeast bionmss was investigated using artifical aqueous solutions. The adsorbing capability of the three adsorbents was affected by pH value, adsorption time, and the initial concentration of copper in solution The highest metal ions uptake values of the different biosorbents were 2. 42, 3. 3 and 5.73mg·g^-l, respectively , under the following experimental conditions : a pH value of 5, a quantitive biomass of lg·1^-1, an adsorption time of 20 minutes, and an initial concentration of copper ions of 25mg·1^-1. The adsorbing process closely followed the model of the Langmuir isotherm. The active groups on the surface of the biosorbent played a very important role in the process of adsorbing copper ions. The ethanol and caustic pretreatment apparently increased the quantity and adsorption capacity of the active groups on the baker's yeast biomass, while the electrostatic interaction also affected adsorption The elution experiment indicated that both reversible and irreversible adsorption occurred simultaneously in the adsorbing process; however, the reversible adsorption had a greater affect on the process.
