摘　　要：目的:从基因组水平出发,为禽脑脊髓炎病毒(AEV)的属种划分提供依据。方法:利用生物信息学方法,对AEV基因组序列和多聚蛋白质序列进行BLASTN/P搜索,找出与AEV基因组和多聚蛋白序列具有最大同源性的序列。结果:AEV与HAV的基因组序列和蛋白序列的同源性最大。结论:AEV与HAV的亲源关系最近,建议将AEV归类为小RNA病毒科甲肝病毒属。Objective：To provide reference for the taxonomy of avian encephalomyelitis virus（AEV） from the genome level. Methods.The BLASTN/P searching of AEV - associated Picornaviridae genome and polyprotein were completed by bioinformatics methods, the most identity sequence were also found with AEV in both the genome and polyprotein from the NCBI GenBank. Results ： AEV have the most identity with HAV in both sides. Conclusion ： AEV has the nearest evolutionary relationship with HAV. So, it was supposed that AEV should be assigned to the genus Hepatovirus of Picornaviridae with HAV.
