How to fide the "wild horse"to development the productivity of software becomes the problem that the software world has been pursuing and discussing. Presently, there are some ways of software process which are the most powerful in the world such as RUP, AP, XP, MP. This essay will expound the application characteristics of eXtreme Programming in the software project development by the practical development application of eXtreme Programming in a management system for creditor's rights.
