摘　　要：通过分析语义网的特点和对本体构建方法以及本体表示语言的要求,提出了一种新的使用OWL构建本体的方法。该方法分4步详细论述了构建本体的过程,解决了现实领域知识到计算机可以理解的形式化编码的转化问题。最后采用该方法构建食物链本体验证了该方法的有效性。By analyzing the characteristics of the semantic web and requirements of ontology building methods and specification langu-ages,a new OWL ontology building method is proposed.The method consists of four steps described in detail the process of building ontology and deals with the conversion from domain knowledge to formal codes that computers can operate.Finally,the method is used to build the food chain ontology,which demonstrates its effectiveness.
