摘　　要：基于DCT系数的信息隐藏算法开发了一个可行的信息隐藏系统,基本实现了隐藏信息的嵌入和提取,平均相似度达到93.83%,精确度较高。通过从图像的基本特征如RGB值、亮度值,以及隐藏前后的均方根误差值(RMSE)和峰值信噪比值(PSNR)等多方面的实验数据说明算法的客观有效性,具有较强的说服力。A doable system of information hiding is developed based on DCT coefficient,which basically achieved the embedding and pick-up of hidden information.Its average similarity can be 93.83%,and precision is so good.Besides experimental data from basic features of images such as RGB values,brightness values,and root mean square error values（RMSE） and peak signal to noise ratio values（PSNR）,which are before and after hiding,suggest objective effectiveness of the algorithm and possess certain conviction.
