摘  要:镁离子是湿法磷酸中的杂质之一,其存在影响磷酸的稳定性并且不利于后续加工。通过单因素实验初步研究了用001×7树脂净化湿法磷酸时,温度、树脂用量、反应时间及搅拌速率等因素对镁净化率的影响。实验研究结果表明:镁净化率随树脂用量的增加而增大,但树脂用量增大到一定值后,镁净化率增大趋势趋于平缓,而其它因素对镁净化率的影响不大,在研究范围内镁的脱除过程为内扩散控制过程。Magnesium is one of the harmful impurities in wet- process phosphoric acid, which not only affects the stabilization of phosphoric acid, but also is harmful for the following manufacture of phosphoric acid. Through the single factor experiment, what is primarily studied is the affection of the temperature, quantity of resin, reacting time and stirring speed etc for the removing ratio of magnesium when making use of 001 × 7 resin to purify wet - process phosphoric acid. The results of this experiment show that the removing ratio of magnesium is raised along with the increasing of the quantity of resin, however, when the quantity of resin increased to some value, the increscent trend of removing ratio of magnesium will be mild and the affection of other factors is tiny. The process of removing magnesium in this study is controlled by inner diffusion.
