摘 要:目的通过对河北籍替牙期儿童正常[牙合]模型的形态观测,寻找替牙过程中正常形态变化的规律。方法随机选取河北籍7-10岁替牙期儿童正常[牙合]模型100例(男女各50例),应用游标卡尺测量每个模型中每颗牙的牙冠宽度,计算上下颌第二乳磨牙牙冠宽度比值(the ratio of crown width in maxillary primary second molar tothat of mandibular,R)及替牙间隙(leeway space,E),分析正常[牙合]儿童的咬合关系。结果①替牙期正常[牙合]第二乳磨牙末端平面以双侧近中型(53例)最多;同一末端平面类型中男女间的R值相比无显著性差异(P〉0.05);近中型末端平面的R值显著大于垂直型和远中型R值(P〈0.05)。②男性下颌E值较女性大,上颌E值较女性小。③上颌乳尖牙位于下颌乳尖牙和第一乳磨牙的邻接处占98.5%。结论正常[牙合]替牙期儿童的末端平面类型与R值有关;上下颌替牙间隙存在性别差异;乳尖牙的咬合关系比较稳定。Objective To study the characters of normal occlusion of children in mixed dentition in Hebei. Methods This study randomly collected 100 dental casts of normal occlusion in Hebei children (50 males and 50 females), 7--10 years old, in mixed dentition . The crown widths of every tooth was measured by vernier caliper. The ratio (R) of crown width in maxillary primary second molar to that of mandibular and leeway space (E) of children with normal occlusion were calculated to analyze the occlusion relationship. Results (1)The bilateral mesial- step(53 cases) was the most type of terminal planes of primary second molar with normal occlusion. There was no significant difference between the male and female with same type of plane. The ratio of mesial-step was obviously larger than those of other types . (2)The leeway space in mandibular of male children was larger than those of female. But in maxillary, male's was smaller than female's. (3)It's 98.5% that primary canine in maxillary occluded with primary canine and primary first molar in mandibular. Conclusion Flush terminal plane of primary second molar and the ratio of width of maxillary and mandibular second molar had certain relation. Leeway space was different from male and female. The occlusion relation of primary canine was stable.
