摘  要:目的建立反相高效液相色谱法(reversed phase-high performance liquid chromatography,RP-HPLC)测定新冠心苏合滴丸中肉桂酸的含量,为新冠心苏合滴丸的质量控制提供一种灵敏、简便的方法。方法采用安捷伦C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);以甲醇-乙腈-水-冰醋酸(10∶22∶55∶0.5)为流动相;流速为1.0 mL/min;检测波长为272 nm;柱温25℃;进样量10μL。结果新冠心苏合滴丸中肉桂酸的含量为0.11 mg/g,相对标准差值为0.20%(n=5)。结论用RP-HPLC法测定新冠心苏合滴丸君药苏合香中肉桂酸的含量,方法专属性强,精密度和准确度良好,可用于新冠心苏合滴丸中肉桂酸的含量测定。Objective To establiah a reversed phase-high performance liquid chromatography(RP-HPLC) method for determination of cinnamic acid in New Guanxinsuhe Drop Pill (NGDP) in order to provide sensitive and convenient way for the quality controls. Methods An Agilent C18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) was used for RP-HPLC. The mobile phase was a mixture consisted of methanol -acetonitrile-water-glacial acetic acid(10 : 22 : 55 : 0.5) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min and the detective wavelength was set at 272 nm. Column temperature was 25℃; sample size was 10 μL. Results The average content of cinnamic acid was 0.11 mg/g, the value of relative standard deviation was 0. 20% ( n = 5). Conclusion The RP- HPLC method was established to determine the concentration of cinnamic acid in NGDP. The method was found to be specific,sensitive,quick and stable. It can be used to monitor the quality of NGDP.
