摘 要:阐述了硫酸生产是低能耗而且可输出能源的基本化学原料工业。生产硫酸进行的化学反应产生大量化学反应热和其他热量,常规硫酸生产的热回收利用率,硫磺制酸为60%~70%,硫铁矿制酸仅有50%~60%;尚未回收的热量,因其品质低、用途有限,充分利用这部分热量需建立新的理念,改革工艺,使SO3生成硫酸的化学反应在能回收得到品质好、有效能高的工况下进行。论述了减少散热损失可大幅度缩小与国外产汽量的差距,并指出推进新工艺的应用以提高热回收和利用率问题,还谈及通过技术经济评估,确定热回收和利用最优化的选择和决策。It is stated that sulfuric acid production belongs to the basic chemical raw material industry which involves low energy consumption and export of energy.The chemical reaction for production of sulfuric acid produces large amount of chemical reaction heat and other types of heat.Heat recovery and utilization rate for normal sulfuric acid production:60%-70% for sulfur burning sulfuric acid production,and 50%-60% for pyrite-based sulfuric acid production.The un-recovered heat is of low quality and limited use.New concept and technical renovation are required to make full use of such heat,so that the chemical reaction for production of sulfuric acid from SO3 will happen with good quality of energy recovery and high efficiency.It is stated that the gap with foreign producers in steam production can be significantly narrowed by reducing the heat loss,and it is pointed out that the promotion of application of new technologies will enhance the heat recovery and utilization rate.It also covers the determination of the optimized choice and decision for heat recovery and utilization through technical and economic evaluations.
