摘 要:以主观身体健康、身体吸引力、身体价值感、一般自尊和一般生活满意感5个量表为研究工具,对246名中老年人进行调查。结果显示:锻炼水平在因变量身体价值、一般自尊和生活满意感的主效应非常显著;锻炼形式与每周锻炼次数对各因变量均不存在显著的主效应。在主观身体感受、一般自尊因变量上,锻炼水平与每次锻炼时间具有显著的交互作用。不锻炼与每周锻炼3次以上者在所有测试变量的得分都具有显著性差异,体育锻炼对中老年人一般自尊和生活满意感既有直接的也有间接的影响。The authors used such five measurements as subjective physical health, physical attraction, physical value sense, general self-respect and general life satisfaction sense as a research tool to survey 246 middle aged and elderly persons, and revealed the following findings: the main effect of exercise level on such dependent variables as physical value, general self-respect and life satisfaction sense is very significant; exercise form and weekly exercise frequency have no significant main effect on all the dependent variables; in terms of such dependent variables as physical sense and general self-respect, there is a significant interaction between exercise level and exercise time each time; there is a significant difference in the scores of all the tested variables between those people who do not exercise and those people who exercise more than three times a week; physical exercise has direct as well as indirectly effects on the self-respect and life satisfaction sense of the middle age and the elder.
