复方灵芝孢子油对S_(180)荷瘤小鼠化疗后的减毒增效作用研究

摘　　要：目的观察复方灵芝孢子油(C-Gan)对荷瘤小鼠化疗后的减毒增效作用。方法建立移植性S180肿瘤小鼠模型,分别观察复方灵芝孢子油单用以及与5-氟尿嘧啶(5-fluorouracil,5-Fu)联合应用时的外周血细胞变化、抑瘤率、脾及胸腺指数。结果复方灵芝孢子油对S180荷瘤小鼠经5-Fu化疗所引起的白细胞、血小板降低有明显的升高作用,与5-Fu合用抑瘤率显著升高,对化疗所引起的脾脏及胸腺指数下降有显著的改善作用。结论复方灵芝孢子油可增强化疗药的抑瘤效果,提高机体免疫功能,减轻化疗毒副反应。OBJECTIVE To＇observe the toxin-attenuating and efficacy-enhancing effect of Compound Lingzhi Baozi Oil on S180 tumor-hearing mice after chemotherapy. METHOD Transplanting S180 mice tumor models were established so as to observe the changes in peripheral blood cells, tumor inhibiting rate and indexes of the spleen and thymus when Lingzhi Baozi Oil was used alone and when used in combination with 5 - fluorouracil respectively. RESULT The oil had marked effect in increasing white cell count and level of blood platelet in S180 tumor-hearing mice. When used in combination with 5 - fluorouracil the tumor inhibiting rate increased. It also had rectifying effect on the drop of spleen and thymus indexes caused by chemotherapy. CONCLUSION Compound Lingzhi Baozi Oil can enhance the tumor inhibiting effect of the drugs for chemotherapy, promote immunity and attenuate the toxic side effect caused by chemotherapy.
