摘　　要：目的:探讨黄-平合剂促进大鼠生长的作用机理。方法:黄芪建中汤、平胃散水煎制成含生药量0.5g/mL的浓缩液。将36只Wistar大鼠分为黄-平合剂组、黄芪建中汤组、平胃散组和生理盐水组,4组大鼠分别给予1mL黄芪建中汤和1mL平胃散、1mL黄芪建中汤和1mL生理盐水、1mL平胃散和1mL生理盐水、2mL生理盐水。干预前后分别测量大鼠空腹体重,并检测胃泌素(GAS)、胃动素(MOT)及生长抑素(SS)水平。结果:干预后,黄-平合剂组、黄芪建中汤组、平胃散组3组大鼠体重与生理盐水组比较,有显著差异;黄-平合剂组大鼠GAS、MOT、SS水平与生理盐水组比较,有显著差异。结论:黄-平合剂有促进生长作用,其机理为促进GAS、MOT的分泌,抑制SS的分泌。Objective：To investigate the mechanism of Huang-Ping mixture on promoting rats growth.Methods：36 Wistar rats were randomly divided into Huang- Ping mixture group, Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction group, Pingwei Powder group and saline group.Body weight of rats was measured,GAS, MOT and SS of rats were detected before and after intervention.Resuits ： Compared with the saline group, body weight of rats in other 3 groups was significantly increased, contents of GAS and MOT were increased significantly,but content of SS was decreased significantly in Huang-Ping mixture group.Conclusion： Huang-Ping mixture could promote rats growth through increasing the secretion of GAS, MOT and inhibiting the secretion of SS.
