摘 要:目的:观察急性有氧运动对肥胖男青年肱动脉内径的影响。方法:以14名肥胖男生为研究对象,测定其运动前(0 h时间点)肱动脉内径,然后立刻进行持续45 min的急性跑台运动,在运动结束后的15 min和75 min(即1 h和2 h时间点)时,对其肱动脉内径进行重复测定。结果:0 h、1 h和2 h 3个时间点的肱动脉内径分别是3.91±0.07 mm.4.07±0.07 mm和3.95±0.06 mm,1 h时肱动脉内径明显高于0 h(P<0.05),但2 h时与0 h和1 h无明显差别。结论:急性有氧运动使肥胖男青年的肱动脉内径一过性增大,但此效应会在运动结束后较快地消失。The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of acute aerobic exercise on the brachial artery diameter of obese young man. Fourteen obese young students were enrolled and the diameter of their brachial artery diameter was measured at rest. Then the subjects exercised on treadmill for 45 min. 15 and 75 minutes after the exercise, the measurements were repeated, respectively. The result showed that the brachial artery diameter at Oh, 1 h and 2 h was 3. 91 ± 0.07 ram, 4.07 ± 0.07 mm and 3.95 ±0.06 mm respectively, with the diameter at 1 h significantly higher than that at Oh (P〈0.05). The conclusion is that acute aerobic exercise may enlarge the diameter of brachial artery transiently, but this effect diminished after cease of the exercise.
