摘 要:目的:探讨跳绳运动结合丙酮酸钙对肥胖女大学生脂肪代谢的影响。方法:以40名女大学生为实验对象,将其分成4组进行为期12周的实验:单纯跳绳运动的为A组;采用单纯服用丙酮酸钙的为B组;跳绳运动结合丙酮酸钙的为C组;服用安慰剂的为D组。A组和C组进行有计划的跳绳运动锻炼,两组每天锻炼60 min;并且B组和C组每人补充丙酮酸钙50 mg/(kg),每天早晚各1次,连续补充12周;D组服用安慰剂,观察实验前后有关的生理、生化指标的变化。结果:实验后4组与实验前相比,4组的体重、体脂含量、腰臀比.体重指数(BMI),血脂水平等都显著性降低。其效果相比C组优于A组、B组和D组(P<0 05)。结论:通过进行跳绳锻炼结合丙酮酸钙能有效促进肥胖女大学生的脂肪代谢.对增加减肥的效果有一定的促进作用。The purpose of this study was to discuss the influence of calcium pyruvate supplement and rope skipping sport on lipid metabolism of the obese female college student. Forty female college students were divided into four group groups for 12 weeks experiment. The rope skipping sport people is group A;The people who supplied calcium pyruvate is group B; The people who supplied calcium pyruvate and rope skipping sport is group C ; The people who sup- plied placebo is group D. Group A and C take rope skipping sport 60 minutes everyday, Group B and C supplied calcium pyruvate two times everyday for 12 weeks. The physiology and biochemical index was observed. The result shows that the bodyweight, fat content of body, BMI, anaerobic threshold of four groups are significantly decreased. Group C is better than A, B and D group. It concludes that calcium phyruvate supplement and rope skipping sport can improve the lipid metabolism of obese female college student and enhance the effects of reducing weight.
