摘　　要：阐述了高校图书馆开展人性化服务的必要性,指出了高校图书馆在开展人性化服务存在的主要问题,论述了高校图书馆开展人性化服务工作的具体措施。The paper expounds the necessity of providing the humanized service by university library, points out some problems existing in providing the humanized service by university library, and discusses some concrete measures for carrying out the humanized service by university library.
