摘　　要：介绍了我国风险投资的发展现状,比较了美国、日本、印度3个国家发展风险投资过程中政府的作用,探讨了我国政府在加强风险投资中的职能。This paper introduces the present development situation of Chinese venture capital, compares how governments of America, Japan and India to play their role in developing the venture capital, and probes into the funetions of strengthening the venture eapital of Chinese government.
