摘　　要：对货币需求相关理论进行了系统的回顾,并在分析美国1966—1985年M2值变动趋势的基础上,进一步论证了利率与货币存在高度负相关关系。This paper makes systematic review on some relevant theories about money demand, and based on analyzing the M2 value changing trend in 1966-1985 in America, demonstrates that there are high negative correlation between interest rate and money demand.
