摘  要:在酸性环境下用化学氧化法合成了聚苯胺,并用红外光谱进行了分析,制备了经不同含量聚苯胺涂覆的碳钢试样,利用控电位扫描研究极化曲线,检测了聚苯胺在质量分数为3.5%NaCl和1mol/LHCl溶液中的腐蚀行为,分析了以间甲酚固化剂充当溶剂、以磷酸为掺杂剂和催化剂时,聚苯胺涂层在不同介质中防腐性能与时间和掺杂态聚苯胺含量的关系。This paper synthesizes PANI with chemical oxidation process under the acid environment, and makes analysis by using the infrared spectroscopy; prepares the carbon steel samples coated by PANI with different contents; and detects the corrosion behaviors of PANI in NaCl solution with massfraction of 3.5% and in HCl solution of 1 Mol/L; and analyzes the relation between the anticorrosive properties of PANI coating and the time and the content of doped PANI in deferent mediums under the conditions of taking the meta-Cresol curing agent as the solution and taking the phosphoric acid as the dopant and catalyst.
