摘　　要：以中国科学院力学研究所图书馆为例,论述了所级图书馆在新形势下的特点和定位,针对图书馆面临的问题,提出了图书馆的发展策略。Taking thelibrary of the Institute of Mechanics,Chinese Academy of Sciences, as the example, this paper expounds the characteristics and position of institute library under the new situation, and in the light of the problems faced by the library, advances some countermeasures for the development of the library.
