摘  要:较系统地测试了新型烷基脒类内吸性杀菌剂丙烷脒对番茄Lycopersicon esculentumMill.植株生长、叶片光合作用和前期产量的影响。结果表明:丙烷脒对番茄植株生长有明显的调控作用,且与使用剂量有关。在100.00g/hm2有效剂量下,与空白对照相比,丙烷脒处理可增加番茄植株粗壮度(株高相对生长速率降低35.00%,茎粗净增长量增加151.96%);使番茄叶片光合色素Chl a、Chl a+b、Car含量分别增加22.02%、15.17%和13.04%,光合能力增强(Pn提高21.80%,Gs增大42.31%,Tr增大53.72%,Ci减小9.58%);使番茄叶片厚度增加21.88%,但单位面积叶片质量减少13.95%;番茄前期产量较对照增加25.70%。表明丙烷脒在推荐剂量下可明显促进番茄的生长,并可显著提高其前期产量。The effect of propamidine on plant growth, chlorophyl content, photosynthetic parameters and the prophase yield of tomato (Lycopersicon esculentum Mill. ) was investigated. The result showed that propamidine could promote the seedling growth, and the effect was related to the dose of propamidine. At high dosage( 100.00 g/hm2), propamidine lowered the relative growth rate of tomato height by 35.00% and enhanced the net increase rate of stem diameter by 151.96%, compared with the control. After treatment of propamidine, the content of chlorophyl a, chlorophyl a + b and carotenoid were increased by 22.02%, 15. 17% and 13.04%, respectively. And the net photosynthetic ( Pn ), stomatal conductance(Gs) and transpiration(Tr) were increased by 21.80% ,42.31% and 53.72%, respectively. However, the intercellular CO2 concentration (Ci) was lowered by 9.58%. At the same time ,the thickness of tomato leaves was increased by 21.88%, but the weight of unit area of tomato leaves was reduced by 13.95%. All factors mentioned above lead to output increasing of tomato by 25.70%. The result suggested that, under recommendatory dosage, propamidine could promote the seedling growth and increase the prophase yield of tomato.
