摘　　要：中国复关(入世)问题在中美关系的特殊时期与中美知识产权问题历史性地联系在一起。随着克林顿政府对华脱钩政策的确定,美国对华经贸问题采取更加强硬的攻势,而随着中国建立社会主义市场经济体制目标的确立,复关(入世)成了中国一个主要目标。中美围绕各自的关注点,展开了一场关乎国家重大利益的博弈,而知识产权因素成为中美从冲突走向合作的平衡点。In the Chinese and American relations special time China to GATT （WTO） and the China and America intellectual property fights historically related in together, unhooked the policy determination along with the Clinton administration to China, US adopted a stronger offensive to the Chinese economics and trade, and along with Chinese establishmented socialist market economy system , China to GATT （WTO）to become a Chinese essential target. China and America revolved respective attention spot, Had launched a country significant benefit gambling, and the intellectual property rights factor became China and America to move towards the cooperation from the conflict the balance-point.
