摘　　要：用蚕豆根尖细胞微核试验技术,监测徐州市11个不同地区土壤的污染状况,结果表明,上述土壤样品引起微核率发生不同程度的提高,提示待测土壤存在不同程度的污染。The monitoring results of 11 kinds of different areas polluted in Xu- zhou City using vicia faba micronucleus test technique are reported in this paper, The result showed tha each of the samples mentioned above could increase the micronucleus frequencies, which suggested that the soil sam- ples were polluted in different level.
