摘 要:将聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)与PA5935高速共混,注射制样,样品的热性能、力学性能、阻燃性能和流变性能等测试结果表明,在PET中加入少量PA5935改善了PET抗熔滴性能与炭化性能,但结晶度、氧指数和部分力学性能下降。抗熔滴性能增加与结晶度下降起源于PA5935的增稠作用;而氧指数下降则与卤素类化合物气相阻燃机理有关。Poly(ethylene terephthalate)(PET)and PA5935 were blended in a high speed mixer,and then injected into specimense. Thermal chacracteristics, mechanical properties, flame retardancy and rheological behaviors were investigated. The results indicate that a small amount of PA5935 dosaged into PET improved its antidripping and charring properties, but its oxygen index and tensile strength decreased. The enhancement of anti-dripping and the decrease of crystallinity originated from the thickening effect of PA5935, and the reduction of oxygen index was related to the gas phase flame-retardant mechanism of halogen compounds.
