摘 要:总结前人对旅游地生命周期影响因素的研究,基于经济供求视角,指出旅游产品的供求矛盾是影响旅游地生命周期演化的根本驱动力,构建了旅游产品影响因素的供求矛盾驱动模型。并以"世界文化景观"庐山为例,划分其生命周期阶段,分析各阶段的供求矛盾,验证了供求矛盾驱动模型的科学性和有效性。分析当前庐山旅游的供求矛盾,并提出相应的对策与建议。This paper summarizes the previous studies systematically, and analyzes the driving force to the lifecyele of tourism destination from the relationship of supply and demand, then points out that the contradiction between supply and demand of tourism production is the essential driving force on the evolving procedure of the lifecycle of tourism destination. The driving model of contradiction between supply and demand of tourism production is established. Taking World Heritage--Word Cultural Landscape Lushan Mountain as an example, this paper examines that the model is scientific and useful. According to Butler theory and the tourist number from the year of 1988 to 2006 in Lushan Mountain, and referencing the previous study on Putuo Mountain, this paper divides the evolution procedure of Lushan Mountain into five phases (Exploration, Involvement, Development,Mature,and Rejuvenation). And finally, this paper analyzes and points out the contradiction between supply and demand of the tourism products in Lushan Mountain nowadays,then gives the strategies to solve those contradictions.
