摘  要:油膜振荡具有典型的"惯性效应",应用短时傅里叶变换对转子降速信号进行故障分析,不仅提取出了故障特征信息而且监测到其特有的"惯性效应",从而识别出油膜振荡。试验中,通过转子实验台模拟油膜涡动及油膜振荡故障,并基于LabVIEW平台开发出了基于短时傅里叶变换的故障分析系统,进行故障特征识别,得到了较好的分析结果。实践证明:用基于短时傅里叶变换的瀑布图来分析非平稳信号,具有分辨率高、特征提取结果更为精确的特点。Oil film vibration have typical "inertia effect". Coast-down test of a rotor was analyzed based on Short-Time Fourier Transform. Fault features could be extracted, and the "inertia effect" could be identified too. In the test, oil whirl and oil vibration were test by a rotor test rig. Fault analysis system based on LabVIEW was developed. Good result is obtained for fault identification. It proved that using the Waterfall based on Short-Time Fourier Transform to analyze non-balanced signal has many advantages such as high resolving power, more precision of results getting.
