提升工会职能,服务于创新型大学建设

摘　　要：建设创新型大学是创新型国家建设的需要,也是大学自身发展的需要。创新型大学是以人为本的大学,是民主和谐的大学,是自主宽容的大学,是崇尚学术的大学,是开放式实践型的大学。高校工会应立足和服务于创新型大学建设,找准"党政所急,职工所需,工会所能"的工作定位,从更新观念,构建创新校园;以人为本,培育创新师资;产学研相结合,增强社会服务功能三方面工作入手,改革工会工作,提升工会职能。The construction of innovative umiversity is both the requirements of innovative country constnaction and university itself. Innovative university strives for hroman being orientation, democracy and harmony, autonomy and fnrgiveness, pron1otion of a- cademy, openness and practice. University labor unions should be rooted to serve the construction of innovative university and fix their work positions as “what the administration is eager to solve and what the staff need”. Based on transferring to the new notions to establish imlovative campus, sticking to human being orientation to cultivate innovative teaching staft and combining learning, researching and producing to enhance the social service function, university labor unions should reform their work and pro,mote their function.
