摘　　要：警民联合团队是适应社会主义新农村治安治理活动的一个有益探索。它以人力资源管理学中的工作团队理论为知识背景,结合新农村警务运行现状,通过界定团队组织成员、共同目标、互动方式、信任关系、绩效评估与奖酬体系等要素来构建一种行之有效的新型警务运行模式,它的组建会对和谐农村建设产生积极的影响。The police and the people＇s union is a beneficial exploration which adapts the management activities of new socialist rural areas＇law and order. It takes the human resources management science, especially the work team theory as the background; combines the present new countryside police service movement, defines the teammember, common goal, interactive way, trusting relationship, achievements appraisal and prize reward system to construct a new kind of effective police service movement pattern, and has the positive influence to the safe of countryside＇s foundation process.
