对利用网络资源开展公安民警教育训练的思考

摘　　要：近年来,公安工作面临的新形势和新任务,通过现代信息技术来提高公安教育质量和效率,从而提高公安民警的综合素质,并针对当前公安教育训练体系中存在的一些问题和不足,利用网络资源开展公安民警教育训练是解决公安民警工学矛盾、落实《公安机关人民警察训练大纲》和"三个必训"制度的重要方法。New circumstances and new mission that the public security job is confronted with in recent years are to improve educational quality and efficiency through modern information technology, to improve synthetical quality, and then to make use of the network resource to carry out training. In accordance with a few problems and deficiencies in police training education system, it is the important method to resolve the policeman＇s contradiction between work and learning, to ascertaine ＂the public security organs people＇s police training outline ＂ and ＂three training necessity＂.
