摘　　要：对目前国内钢铁企业的物流管理现状进行总结分析,指出存在的问题和矛盾,突出物流管理在钢铁企业的地位与重要性,借鉴国外先进企业管理模式,强调遵循哈佛物流管理模式三原则,优化和改进物流管理模式,提出具体建议。Carries on the summary analysis to the present domestic Iron and steel enterprises of the current logistics management, points out the existing problems and contradictions, prominents the logistics management in Iron and steel enterprise＇ s status and importance, learns from the foreign advanced enterprise management mode, and emphasis that following three principles of Harvard logistics management, optimizes and improves logistics distribution management model, puts forward the specific proposals.
